SYMACH introduces the new generation of palletizing

The new Rotax palletizing head enables positioning up to 50 bags per minute and was first shown at Fruit Logistica 2020. It was thoroughly tested and the first machines are already commissioned.

There’s a lot of interest from the market and 7 machines with the new palletizing head have been sold. Because the palletizer removes a bottleneck and can fully process the supply of 2 packaging machines, the Rotax starts to pay for itself immediately. The new Rotax palletizing head enables positioning speeds of up to 50 bags per minute. Based on a completely new concept, the patented technology significantly reduces the number of movements to enable higher positioning speeds.

Meanwhile, the SYMACH engineering team has subjected the new palletizing head to tough endurance tests. More than 3 million bags have already passed the test setup. Based on these experiences, the Rotax has already been further developed and is well prepared to be installed.
